ADCST - Advance Diploma in Computer and Software Technology "DOEACC 'O' LEVEL " (Foundation Course)

The DOEACC 'O' Level is the foundation level course, which provides students an insight into the operational and programming aspects of computers. The course structure has been designed keeping in mind a student, who is a beginner to the world of computers. The objective of       this course is to enable a student to acquire the knowledge pertaining          to the fundamental of Information Technology (IT Tools & Application), Business System,    Internet & Web page Design,    Programming and       Problem Solving through 'C' and  Visual Basic a Practical and a Project.        In order to serve the IT Industry better, the DOEACC "O" Level course       has been designed to develop the basic skills for e above.

Duration of the course:

Minimum duration of the "O" Level course is One Year. The course is offered as a part time course only.

Eligibility:

  • 10+2 Pass
  • One Year ITI Certificate after Class 10.
  • NCVT - DP & CS

Syllabus:

DOEACC "O" level Course consists of four theory modules (three compulsory modules and one elective module), one practical and one project.

PR - I (Practical)

The student have to devote half of the total time allotted to each modules of the course for he practical session. Practical assignments have been worked out for each theory module. The Practical examination will be based on the syllabi of M1-R3, M2-R3, M3-R3 and M4-R3 modules of "O" level course.

PJ  (Project)

DOEACC curricula have a project as an important component of "O" level course. The student under the guidance and  support of the faculty and the management of the respective institute organization carries out the project. It is felt hat such a project provides an opportunities to the student to apply his / her knowledge and skills o real life problems (including oral and written communication skills). and as such the project should be given utmost importance and priority both by the students as well as institute faculty / management in respect of its identification, planning and implementation.

PGDCST - Post Graduate Diploma in Computer and Software Technology "DOEACC 'A' LEVEL  "(Advance Course)

'A' Level is Advance Diploma Course. The program develops the candidate into an effective programmer. An 'A' level qualifier is expected o be key member of a software development team with all round capabilities to manage and guide a software project. In order to develop these capabilities the 'A' level course has been designed that a student acquires an in - depth knowledge of the key areas like Computer Software, Office suit products, knowledge of developing a Business System module using Database packages, Problem solving skills using C language, Computer Architecture, System Software, SDLC, Data Structure, Database Management System, Operating systems and practical exposure to UNIX, Communication principles and Networking and Object Oriented Programming using C++ / Java.

Duration of the course:

Minimum duration of the "A" Level course is One Year and course is offered as a full time. The course is also offered as a part time course in two years.

Eligibility:

  • "O" Level Qualified
  • Government Recognized Polytechnic Engineering Diploma after 10th 
  • Under Graduate / Graduate in any stream.
